Millenium Park Battle

Anyone who takes the time to get downtown Chicago for an event should have equal access.  Do they not pay for things like transportation, parking, and other amenities?  All which bring additional income for local buisness.  It should be on a first come first serve basis just like for ANY other event.

By the way, I spent the better part of my life in Chicago and so has most of my family for the last 100 years.  I guess I should be SOL because I recently moved out to the suburbs to get away from the heroin addicts that had taken over the area where I was living.

Chicagoans should have preferencial entrance. other towns do, for example Norridge Public Library. Even with a suburban library card and Chicago card an activity for example. "Story Time" for children, Chicagoans would be asked to leave if the activity has too many people attending. If they can do it so should we!
