For anyone that has ever played cards before, specifically Texas Hold Em, you know there's nothing more frustrating than losing on a hand that percentage wise your suppose to win. It's a situation that will sit in your head for days and haunt you until you play again and get your money back! David Navarro was so kind as to remind me today that's why it's called "gambling" ... which by the way didn't make me feel any better (lol). But wait until you here how bad of a beat I took in Atlantic City two weeks ago.
So Im sitting at a 1,2 table at Caesars casino on a Friday afternoon. Feeling pretty good...I had already made a few good plays and up'd my chip count nicely through the first hour. My brother (who's a ridiculously good Hold Em player!) was sitting at the same table with me about five positions down just hammering the table. Together we had already set a couple of traps, egging on the bet. He was up quite a bit at this point.
But then here comes the dreaded hand that crushed me and made me want to bang my head against the wall! So here's what i'll do. I will explain how the hand unfolded and then you tell me what you would of done.
Im dealt pocket queens and the second to act. Remember that we're sitting on a 1,2 table and I have about $380 in front of me (my brother had the highest chip count on the table). The first guy limps in betting the "big" ($2.00). I raise $15 on top of it to make it $17. The next two guys fold. Then the next guy who we'll call "Donkey" calls me. The seat next to him calls as well. My brother folds and so does the guy next to him. Then it comes back to the guy who lead in with $2.00 and he folds.
Out comes the flop.... 7,7,8. I now have two pair, queens and sevens. Im the first to act so I bet $25.00. "Donkey" comes over the top and not only calls my 25 but raises 35 on top of that. The guy next to him folds. So now its back to me. At this point I had put him on a high pair... I figured either kings or aces, both of which had me beat at the time. I wait for a minute and try to figure out what he's playing. I call him and see his $35.00.
The turn comes out and its a 2 of spades. No help for me. Im first to act so I once again bet $25.00. He once again comes over the top and raises me $35.00. Now keep in mind when the turn hit there was now a flush draw of spades. Once again I still have him on a high pair which would of meant that he had two pair like I did but his high pair had me beat.
I had a choice at this point. Do I fold or show the flush? I already had $125.00 invested in this hand and I knew he saw the flush draw. So I shove all in. He waits a few minutes and then looks at me and says "well if you got it, you got it". He finally decides to call. The river is a 5 of hearts, we both turn over our cards. Don't you know that this guy has a 7, 4 off suit which is the third worst hand you can possibly be dealt in Hold Em. But it turns out he flopped a set of 7's (trips) which beats my two pair.
So I look at this guy and said " Are you kidding me! You called me pre flop with a 7,4 off suit?" My brother preceedes to call him a Donkey (hence the name lol)and the guy next to him told him that he would of beat his you know what if he would of called him with that garbage! lol
So here is my complaint. Once the flop hit there's no question the kid played the hand perfectly. Although with that flush draw on the board it really took some guts to call me on the turn after I shoved all in. But the point is who in there right mind calls pre flop with a 7,4 off suit on a 1,2 table after I bump $15.00? We took a look at the book when we got home and here are a couple of stats for you on this hand. A 7,4 off suit is not only the third worst hand in poker but only has a 1.6% chance of winning!
So I lose with pocket queens to a hand that has a 1.6% chance of winning! I was so frustrated at this point that instead of reloading I went to the beach bar on the boardwalk.
It's easy to say now that I should of folded once the flop hit. But how many of you out there would of put him on a 7,4 off suit?
Anyway... I go back to Jersey September 7th (Labor Day) and you can bet im getting my money back!!! lol
I have a simple solution to the gang problem, "LABEL THEM AS TERRORISTS". We as citizens have to emplore our elected officials to label the gangs as terrorists and treat them as such. They use the same strategies and tactics to achieve their objectives and we stand by placing blame on others for their failure to act. We cannot blame the parents that society failed to educate or the product of the failure. We cannot honestly believe that this would not be the result of a biased socialeconomic plan geared for the exclusion of people born and raised in the wrong zip code. I am for not just the survival of young people but the prospering of the life that they were given. I have given over 25 years of my life to helping the youth in the chicagoland area in the trenches, being robbed, had a gun pulled on me over a basketball game, friends needlessly killed for no reason and a cousin gunned down for wearing the wrong color coming from work. I say the if this was Hyde Park, Arlington Heights or Flossmoor this would not be the issue it is. We have to act instead of being reactive, we have to protect instead of planning to protect, we have to become citizens instead of guests. This is the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA PEOPLE and I refuse to be held hostage in the so called LAND OF THE FREE. Let's be free and eradicate this movement of death in our streets. When President Obama laughed at the question on legalizing marijuana in his online town hall meeting, I beleive he committed a blunder equal to to recent comments on the Special Olympics. Though the question was phrased to address the economic benefits of legal marijuana, it was certainly supported by patients using marijuana medicinally, and those people who assist these patients. Does he find it funny that this may be their only source of relief and they risk prosecution from 37 states and the federal government everytime they use, or buy, or grow marijuana. Or was he laughing at the billions of dollars that are sent to drug trafficers each year which fund the importation of dangerous drugs like herion, crack cocaine and crystal meth., and are now funding a war on our border. When President Obama, who has used marijuana, for strictly recreational purposes in his past, laughs at people who struggle daily with the problems illegal marijuana brings, I am insulted. Did anyone see 20/20 this past week? They did a story on gun contolr and called it " If I only had a gun" I have NEVER seen such bias in reporting, it was so anti gun that I almost wanted to scream! They stated that there are " No facts or reports that they could find anywhere to support concealed carry" They evidently didn't do thier homework because there IS a study that was done in the late 80's early 90's by a proffesor out of Northern University who stated that states that had concealed carry laws had a 60-80% DROP in violent crimes very shortly after the concealed carry law was passed in those states, there are only two states in the continental U.S. that still do not have cocealed carry and they are Illinois & Wisconson, are our law makers telling us that the people in these two states are too stupid to be allowed c.c.? Are we to belive that although there will always be 1-2 idiots in the bunch that everyone that owns a gun is nothing more then a warped, blood thirsty, war monger? Thats what the report on 20/20 would like everyone to belive and also the local media as the c.c. law was up for a vote AGAIN just about a month ago and was shot down by the liberals and media who stated "therer's too much gun violence now, that would only add to it." I went natural in May of 2006. I loved my hair and enjoyed wearing it curly. I wasn't working then. Now that I am back to work in "Corporate America" I straightened my hair again (no-chemicals of course). But still, I don't think society is ready for the natural hair look.

Sometimes you go through such an experience or dreams that you wished it was real and you would have not woke up from that dream. I had such a brilliant experience in my dream that I started hating to be alive. Few years back, I was in india visiting my relatives. I tried few hotels but could not get a room so I had no option left but to go in a cheap small size newly built hotel in bombay and so I rented a room there.
I went to sleep about 1.a.m. and what I saw in my dream was such a thrilling experience that i still could not forget it after so many years and so I would like to share it with all the readers so you can also share the happiness and gratifying moment of it. I saw myself wandering with an old man who seems to be over 100 years of age with a white beard hanging down till his stomach. He was taking me around a big green lash garden which does not seems to have an ending corner. There were trees with hanging fruits and vegetables and some fruits and vegetables were so new to me that i was sure i have not seen or eaten them before. I ask the old man about a round hanging fruit (something similar to apple but with a very bright yellow color and very soft) if i could eat it and he handed me over that fruit and when I ate that , I still can't forget the sweetness and taste of it after so many years. It had a taste of something which I have never tasted in this world.
After eating that I started feeling thirsty and I requested that old man that if i can have a glass of water. He was shocked to hear the word water and he said there is no such thing as water here and if we feel thirsty we drink from running fountains that are connected with river and he took me to one of the fountain and the fountain was continuously running with some thing flowing out of it and it was just like milk. The old man told me that we all drink this milk when we are thirsty and the milk i drank from the fountain was so sweet and gratifying that i thought my thirst has ended for ever and now i would never feel thirsty again. Then wandering we reached a river which was full of white milk flowing instead of the water and the other thing was the mermaids all around the river . They were half body of beautiful girls around 16 to 18 years and half of the body of fish with such beautiful and pretty colors like rainbow colors.
We went a few steps more, and I saw a bunch of kids around a tall man and it seems to me that the man was bending down and giving hugs to the kids. As he heard some kids whispering about us standing at the back, the man stand straight up and i was shocked . The first word that came on my lips was Jesus . He had that curly ash blonde hair and french cut beard. He raised his hand to me as if saying hello to me and I was double confirmed that it was jesus because on his palm I saw the cross sign carved by making holes on his hand like if nails have been used to carved that cross. I asked the old man about jesus and he just smiled and said that you know him. I asked what was he doing with the kids and he told me that he was arranging for the places for kids where the kids can create their own private spaces and live in that assigned places because the heaven does not have an end and so the kids are all the time scattered around and when God want to talk to them it is difficult to gathered them together.
OH ; so that was heaven i was visiting and that shocking word made me fully awake in the world and I was literally crying when I woke up because that place was so good and i never missed anyone from the world and was feeling that it was the place where I belong to and this is the wrong place I have come to . im sure that no priest or relegious person may have seen heaven so clearly or have eaten the heaven fruits and have drank the heaven milk nor they have seen jesus alive with a distance of two feet. the best thing about this dream is that after so many years i still remember it
I went directly down to the reception to find out if something unusual have happened in this hotel or if somebody have seen something . It was early morning around 6 a.m. and the hotel people didn't know anything about it but one of the waiter by name of Rajesh who was like 55 years old man told me that he was working there since the hotel was built and the only thing he knows about it was that on that land it was an old graveyard where the hotel was built and the graveyard was so old that the relatives of the dead people might have also died and nobody knew about it. He told that this was told by his grandmother who also died 3 years back.
I was in shocked for few days and after two days we moved from there because the room was too small and I was with my mother . We got a reply from the other hotel and we moved there which had a big room on the terrace.
After that visit I came back to Pakistan and day and night started analyzing that dream of what message it was conveying to me . The only thing that came to my mind that I need to do something special in this world and I have been send to this world with a message. It was a very uneasy feelings for months and the dream was so strongly on my mind that I could not even forget a bit of it.
After a year i thought that i should built an orphanage all around the world and in each and every country and city of the world and make those kids i saw in my dream as resident of it. That was the only message that came to my mind but I knew i am not so rich to do so. Since that day I am trying my luck on all different schemes where it says that you could win a big amount. I just want to get the money and built an orphanage house all around the world.

Let me mentioned that immediately after this incident I applied for the lottery for coming to U.S.A. and I was the winner of that and this way I got my citizenship of USA. I also started feeling that I have some spiritual power to save the human beings from all the suffering and I started practicing the powers of it. I saved so many of my relatives from severe sickness, accidents and problems which i do not wish to tell as it would be a publicity of your power and proudness which God would not like at all. for the flood and tarnado that was supposed to come to houston after the destruction of katrina. i prayed that special prayer to divert the direction of that tornado before it hits the houston city as i have some very dear relatives in houston which was from our country. the result was that the tornado was totally without any strength and did not did any damage.even the city was evacuated but still no damage was done. i did plan to inform the media about my hidden psychic strength and prayers so i can even help the people in america by praying for them in their hard days and saving them from difficult situation but was scared because i am from different culture, relegion and country and i could be taken in wrong meaning.

I wonder if the media and everyone just leaves her alone if she would just vanish and the news could get back to more important stories. The Subway
I used to go to Subway on nightly bases. I loved it, five dollar foot-longs you can’t go wrong. But then I moved and I had to go to another Subway. This new Subway was horrible. I have not had Subway since then. The employee was rude, sloppy and did not put enough interest in the sandwich at hand. What’s more, it tasted terrible. It had the bare minimum ingredients, and the few ingredients that were on, tasted rancid. I have not gone to eat there since. It’s the Subway in Mundelein on Lake Street and Hawley. Do not eat there.

The time has come for Americans to rise in political solidarity on a historic scale to return the control of our government to We The People. The Tax Day Tea Party events being held in thousands of cities and towns across America hold the potential for the formation of a new political movement.
The source of America's problems will not be addressed by a hero or politician for everyone to adore, that is more of the problem. Work will not set us free, but self governance will. The answer to America's problems are to put We The People back in charge.
A recent Rasmussen poll indicated that over 75% of Americans believe that Washington, DC no longer represents We The People and our citizens feel that way because it is true.
We watch almost helplessly as Democrats and Republicans alike defile our Republic and the sacred principles and values that have made America the most advanced civilization in human history.
Today, most Americans are just barely hanging on as the economic ground beneath our feet falls away, our freedoms are abridged, and our security and prosperity are destroyed by elites in Washington who love wealth and power, more than their God or countrymen.
A broad coalition of Americans representing every race and political party are now ready to organize and take peaceful political steps to form a velvet revolution to address this national crisis. It will take Americans of every walk of life turned into passionate political activists to overcome the dangers we now face.
For when the will of the majority of Americans is ignored by those in power, the very essence of what America has been celebrated for throughout recent history has been usurped.
The Tax Day Tea Party events are drawing in Americans who are very concerned about high taxes, runaway spending and trillions in generational debt, traditional values, gun rights, privacy rights, free speech, and the lack of immigration enforcement and border security in America.
Each of these issues represents a case where the vast majority of Americans agree that taxes should be low, spending and debt should be curtailed, American traditions and family values should be protected, American jobs should not be shipped overseas, and our borders should be secured and immigration laws enforced, yet the elites and radical elements from the left and right continue to pursue policies at odds with the vast majority of our citizens!
Americans who reflect the minority views on these issues and those that do not share these positions in common must put differences aside and stand with the majority of their countrymen as one.
We must stand together as one because of two important reasons. One, the New American Velvet Revolution needs to be about the foundations of our political system and the principles which unite us, more than issues. Two, tax groups alone are not powerful enough to prevail. Neither are the immigration enforcement groups or the gun rights groups, or many others on their own.
As American reading this in 2009, it does not matter what issues are important to you when Congress ignores the majority. When the Presidents, like Bush and Obama, decide which laws they will or will not enforce, as is the case with our immigration laws, then it does not even matter what laws Congress passed, who you voted for, or who won the Congressional elections!
When President's serve the elite financial influences that paid to elect them more than We The People and decide our laws unilaterally and secretively, then American is under autocratic and possibly despotic rule that can easily decay into full fledged tyranny.
The very self governance of Americans has been usurped!
Self governance is essential to each of us because without it we cannot control the policies of our own nation and that civilian control is imperative for our security, prosperity, and freedoms. We cannot assure our own well being or freedom for future generations if We The People are not captains of our own destiny and the destiny of our nation.
Since over seventy five percent of Americans correctly perceive that we are no longer self governed, that means that we are governed by someone else and it should be clear to everyone in America today that those governing us do not have our best interests in mind!
The prosperity, security, and freedoms of Americans are being stripped from us rapidly in a historic and incremental way.
Congress has recently passed unpopular stimulus bills and budgets that will require excessive and enslaving taxation applied with a heavy hand upon Americans that can barely make ends meet.
Political leaders like Pelosi and Reed are looking at ways to silence free speech on the Internet and talk radio shows. Gun and ammunition sales in America are unprecedented as an attempt to abridge gun rights approaches.
All Americans are being corralled into a biometric ID system that will antiquate the need for borders as people can be tracked like FedEx packages with their facial recognition data uses like a bar code. A system that is being implemented despite the fact that no prior generation of Americans would have ever submitted to such an electronic and godlike omnipresence run by Chertoff, Napolitano, and their successors.
Prior Mexican President Vicente Fox recently announced that there is a plan in motion to create a European Union here on our continent and he is asking Obama to speed up the process. Problem is that there is little public knowledge or mandate for this plan and almost zero Congressional oversight or approval. Where is the Democracy in that?
Treasury destroying and youth generation destroying wars rage on adding to Obama's broken promise list despite the fact a majority of Americans want these wars, that have lasted longer than any wars in US history, brought to an end!
Toxic toys are in the mouths of our children along with poison from China in the major US baby formula supplies being fed to our infants. Homeowners realize with dismay that the bricks from Mexico have their outer walls crumbing while the drywall from China gives off toxic fumes poisoning our citizens and pets just like their pet food additives.
And all the while, Obama has created an unlawful and unconstitutional amnesty for illegal aliens by ceasing all ICE raids and trying to gut the 287(g) program, while announcing his intentions to override all of the state laws that have been passed to crack down on illegal immigration with his Dream Act Amnesty and Comprehensive Immigration Reform Amnesty later this year.
Millions of Americans are losing their homes, their jobs, wage levels, and health care. Our countrymen are suffering unprecedented under employment and unemployment, and searching desperately for any job to feed their families, rendered helpless as our future and the future for our children disintegrates and Obama announces a plan to thrust over ten million new legalized illegal alien workers into direct competition for jobs with our citizens!
Let's face it America, we have a failed Government that is financially insolvent, grabbing up more money and power from We The People than ever before, that is doing many things our citizens do not want while failing us on almost every important level.
We must unite and put our differences aside before our failed government leads us into a failed, obliterated, and enslaved nation where we all perpetually pay more for less.
We must unite behind the principles and core issues which are driving most Americans to feel that We The People are no longer in control of our own nation and our own destiny.
Recent outlandish revelations found in leaked Department of Homeland Security documents distributed by the Obama administration to police across America tell us the danger to our citizens is both clear and present.
By instructing our officers to treat returning soldiers, Christians, and citizens concerned about illegal immigration, abortion, high taxes, gun rights, states rights, and trade agreements as potentially violent domestic terrorists is a blatant anathema to all that is truly American!
Thankfully, law enforcement officers that are loyal to We The People have leaked these dastardly documents.
I would like to remind Obama and his new Department of Homeland Security leadership that in America, we don't ask our police to scrutinize and profile free citizens based on their political positions on mainstream issues. Such politicization of police and security forces have been the precursors to repressive fascist and communist regimes. It is truly sad and alarming that our government sending propaganda to police officers labeling tens of millions of Americans as potential terrorists if they don't like Obama or his illegal alien Amnesty or gun registration plans.
The fact that our government has officially instructed police that American citizens that don't like Obama or his policies are the biggest terrorism threat instead of Islamic terrorists, Chinese spys and saboteurs, and the over one hundred thousand armed drug and illegal alien importing cartel foot soldiers in our midst is very telling indeed.
If we were truly interested in the politics of those in America that represent a real threat to our police officers, there would be DHS documents sent to police informing them of how many of the MS-13 and SUR-13 gangs, the Crips, and the Bloods that voted for Obama right? American citizens that are in the know about this are rightfully incensed!
The New American Velvet Revolution must leave the door open for those caught up in the dazzling lights of the Obama administration to enter the movement as they learn the painful lessons conservatives learned from Bush. Many of them will come to realize through painful examples that Obama is not a man of the people, just another deceptive mouth piece for those who seek to govern Americans.
I have faith in my fellow countrymen and even current Obama supporters are not going to stand for these outlandish attacks on free speech in America, these radical Open Borders policies, and these abuses of American citizens.
Americans who value our Republic along with the principles and freedoms that have made America a place where people want to live are under assault from Washington, DC. Our failed government hijacked by elites and foreign interests continues to tighten its grip on our suffering countrymen. This is no conspiracy theory. These things are evidenced in the daily news and the new dark reality we see forming around us each day!
Defending your nation from enemies foreign and domestic takes a lot more than just voting for candidates every two years on a hacker vulnerable Diebold machine. Many people did not take the time to learn the candidates positions on all the issues.
We must man the phones, fax machines, and e-mail clients. We must go face to face with our incumbent elected officials and new candidates must arise to challenge them, we must replace the corrupt liars and actors who tell people what they want to hear instead of what they need to hear.
We must take to the streets in peaceful and orderly demonstrations and we must unify to throw every politician who stands against the will of the American majorities out of office in 2010!
We cannot have another election where millions of dollars coming from the elite groups and companies that currently control Washington, more than our citizens, dominate and 96% of incumbents return to DC despite massive dissatisfaction levels.
It is true that the anger levels in America are rising and the potential for a government crackdown to try and hold on to power is being formulated and may possibly involve US troops deployed on American soil to handle disgruntled citizens. It is also true that some Americans may lash out if things get worse.
The vast majority of Americans do not want to see either scenario become a reality, but we must realize that time is running out for those of us dedicated to a peaceful political velvet revolution designed to alleviate the pressures forming between American citizens, who feel betrayed and conquered and those in power who are responsible for these calamities.
Glenn Beck and Lou Dobbs are correct. Mr. Dobbs says we need a new populist movement in America and Glenn Beck says the answer to the corrupt politicians in DC is "We Surround Them." Another phrase making rounds in our movement in the absence of a central unifying leader is "if not us, then who?"
Velvet nonviolent political revolutions have worked many times in many nations when enough citizens stood up and spoke out together. Our time to peacefully rectify the imbalance between the American public and those who control Washington is rapidly expiring. 2010 may be our last chance!
It is our government and it is time for us to unify in a historic and new political coalition to restore our Republic and the time for Americans to rise to our generation's greatest trials is NOW! Let us hope and pray that the Tax Day Tea Party events on April 15, 2009 will be a day future American generations look back on with reverence as the day Americans stood up for We The People of the United States.

Bad Beat!
For anyone that has ever played cards before, specifically Texas Hold Em, you know there's nothing more frustrating than losing on a hand that percentage wise your suppose to win. It's a situation that will sit in your head for days and haunt you until you play again and get your money back! David Navarro was so kind as to remind me today that's why it's called "gambling" ... which by the way didn't make me feel any better (lol). But wait until you here how bad of a beat I took in Atlantic City two weeks ago.
So Im sitting at a 1,2 table at Caesars casino on a Friday afternoon. Feeling pretty good...I had already made a few good plays and up'd my chip count nicely through the first hour. My brother (who's a ridiculously good Hold Em player!) was sitting at the same table with me about five positions down just hammering the table. Together we had already set a couple of traps, egging on the bet. He was up quite a bit at this point.
But then here comes the dreaded hand that crushed me and made me want to bang my head against the wall! So here's what i'll do. I will explain how the hand unfolded and then you tell me what you would of done.
Im dealt pocket queens and the second to act. Remember that we're sitting on a 1,2 table and I have about $380 in front of me (my brother had the highest chip count on the table). The first guy limps in betting the "big" ($2.00). I raise $15 on top of it to make it $17. The next two guys fold. Then the next guy who we'll call "Donkey" calls me. The seat next to him calls as well. My brother folds and so does the guy next to him. Then it comes back to the guy who lead in with $2.00 and he folds.
Out comes the flop.... 7,7,8. I now have two pair, queens and sevens. Im the first to act so I bet $25.00. "Donkey" comes over the top and not only calls my 25 but raises 35 on top of that. The guy next to him folds. So now its back to me. At this point I had put him on a high pair... I figured either kings or aces, both of which had me beat at the time. I wait for a minute and try to figure out what he's playing. I call him and see his $35.00.
The turn comes out and its a 2 of spades. No help for me. Im first to act so I once again bet $25.00. He once again comes over the top and raises me $35.00. Now keep in mind when the turn hit there was now a flush draw of spades. Once again I still have him on a high pair which would of meant that he had two pair like I did but his high pair had me beat.
I had a choice at this point. Do I fold or show the flush? I already had $125.00 invested in this hand and I knew he saw the flush draw. So I shove all in. He waits a few minutes and then looks at me and says "well if you got it, you got it". He finally decides to call. The river is a 5 of hearts, we both turn over our cards. Don't you know that this guy has a 7, 4 off suit which is the third worst hand you can possibly be dealt in Hold Em. But it turns out he flopped a set of 7's (trips) which beats my two pair.
So I look at this guy and said " Are you kidding me! You called me pre flop with a 7,4 off suit?" My brother preceedes to call him a Donkey (hence the name lol)and the guy next to him told him that he would of beat his you know what if he would of called him with that garbage! lol
So here is my complaint. Once the flop hit there's no question the kid played the hand perfectly. Although with that flush draw on the board it really took some guts to call me on the turn after I shoved all in. But the point is who in there right mind calls pre flop with a 7,4 off suit on a 1,2 table after I bump $15.00? We took a look at the book when we got home and here are a couple of stats for you on this hand. A 7,4 off suit is not only the third worst hand in poker but only has a 1.6% chance of winning!
So I lose with pocket queens to a hand that has a 1.6% chance of winning! I was so frustrated at this point that instead of reloading I went to the beach bar on the boardwalk.
It's easy to say now that I should of folded once the flop hit. But how many of you out there would of put him on a 7,4 off suit?
Anyway... I go back to Jersey September 7th (Labor Day) and you can bet im getting my money back!!! lol
The War on Gangs
I have a simple solution to the gang problem, "LABEL THEM AS TERRORISTS". I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY WE HAVE ALLOWED THESE SUPPOSEDLY MISGUIDED UNDEREDUCATED PEOPLE TO ROAM THE STREETS AND KILL, STEAL AND CONTROL PARTS IF NOT ALL OF THE CHICAGOLAND AREA. Now there are no rules and the human life in the hood is not worth the air that they breathe. Peolpe in power have lacked the fortitute to declare war on it's citizens in an open forum. It has been done on subversive scale, grand in design, systematically destroying the fabric of 'hoods and eliminating hope , the will to succeed, the taking away of opportunities among other inappropriate "plans to revitalize" communities. I am a person who believes that we must cut our losses and begin a return to they way of "It takes a village to raise a child" not a school, not a church, not BET, MTV or any other mind numbing activity. We as citizens have to emplore our elected officials to label the gangs as terrorists and treat them as such. They use the same strategies and tactics to achieve their objectives and we stand by placing blame on others for their failure to act. We cannot blame the parents that society failed to educate or the product of the failure. We cannot honestly believe that this would not be the result of a biased socialeconomic plan geared for the exclusion of people born and raised in the wrong zip code. I am for not just the survival of young people but the prospering of the life that they were given. I have given over 25 years of my life to helping the youth in the chicagoland area in the trenches, being robbed, had a gun pulled on me over a basketball game, friends needlessly killed for no reason and a cousin gunned down for wearing the wrong color coming from work. I say the if this was Hyde Park, Arlington Heights or Flossmoor this would not be the issue it is. We have to act instead of being reactive, we have to protect instead of planning to protect, we have to become citizens instead of guests. This is the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA PEOPLE and I refuse to be held hostage in the so called LAND OF THE FREE. Let's be free and eradicate this movement of death in our streets. Lets defeat the homegrown terrorist here!!!!!

Mortgage Mess
How about if we look at the truth, The lenders and investors created the programs for which the consumer fell subject to. Now the investors and lenders are crying because of the defaults in the mortgages. Well if the programs were not available then we wouldn't be in the situation we are in. Quit blaming the consumer and start looking at the lenders and investors who sold these programs knowingly that this would be the result. It's time to fight back and regain our dignity. Corporate America needs to back down and show compassion more so than greed.

When President Obama laughed at the question on legalizing marijuana in his online town hall meeting, I beleive he committed a blunder equal to to recent comments on the Special Olympics. Though the question was phrased to address the economic benefits of legal marijuana, it was certainly supported by patients using marijuana medicinally, and those people who assist these patients. Does he find it funny that this may be their only source of relief and they risk prosecution from 37 states and the federal government everytime they use, or buy, or grow marijuana. Or was he laughing at the billions of dollars that are sent to drug trafficers each year which fund the importation of dangerous drugs like herion, crack cocaine and crystal meth., and are now funding a war on our border. When President Obama, who has used marijuana, for strictly recreational purposes in his past, laughs at people who struggle daily with the problems illegal marijuana brings, I am insulted. Legalize Conceal Gun Carry In
When is Illinois going to allow us the right to bear arms? 2 amendment I thought was written in the constitution by our forefathers.
A couple of facts to consider when dicussing the matter:
1. Crime in other states is lower with conceal carry.
2.Criminals carry guns to use in acts of crime! "ask to see their FOID card oh they don't have one. Why is it that government protects these criminals and allow them to be the only one to carry guns. To use against us the non-gun carriers?
3.A criminal will think twice about car Jacking you, Raping you, Robbing you, Home invading you, Mobbing you, Stealing from you and your business and commiting any other crime. (Makes sense does it not?)
4.Lane Bryant - Browns Chicken take these 2 moments did any of the VICTIMS have guns? Anyone around them have a gun? Did the criminals have guns? Would the outcome of these incidents perhaps been different if other people in the same store have guns? If a police officer was in the store at the time of crime taking place would it change the outcome? Do you think that he would pull out his gun? Could he save someone? Is the police officer that much smarter than you or I? With proper training do you think you could make a difference carring a gun? Well If I was ever in the position to save your life or your daughters life,your little boys life, (Get where I am going with this I hope so cause this is real) I would.

20/20 bias
Did anyone see 20/20 this past week? They did a story on gun contolr and called it " If I only had a gun"
I have NEVER seen such bias in reporting, it was so anti gun that I almost wanted to scream! They stated that there are " No facts or reports that they could find anywhere to support concealed carry" They evidently didn't do thier homework because there IS a study that was done in the late 80's early 90's by a proffesor out of Northern University who stated that states that had concealed carry laws had a 60-80% DROP in violent crimes very shortly after the concealed carry law was passed in those states, there are only two states in the continental U.S. that still do not have cocealed carry and they are Illinois & Wisconson, are our law makers telling us that the people in these two states are too stupid to be allowed c.c.? Are we to belive that although there will always be 1-2 idiots in the bunch that everyone that owns a gun is nothing more then a warped, blood thirsty, war monger? Thats what the report on 20/20 would like everyone to belive and also the local media as the c.c. law was up for a vote AGAIN just about a month ago and was shot down by the liberals and media who stated "therer's too much gun violence now, that would only add to it."
Let us not forget that the people doing these random shootings are CRIMINALS IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! So why should the law abbiting citizen be prosicuted for the actions of those who commit crimes and don't care about the law?

I went natural in May of 2006. I loved my hair and enjoyed wearing it curly. I wasn't working then. Now that I am back to work in "Corporate America" I straightened my hair again (no-chemicals of course). But still, I don't think society is ready for the natural hair look.

Chicago has banned hand guns since 1982 in Chicago proper. We don't need new laws, we need to enforce the ones already on the books. I wish this state would come up with an open carry policy for law abiding citizens who make the effort to get their FOID cards. Why should we be harassed with threats of new laws when the old ones arn't enforced to begin with. I have owned gunes for twenty years and they never managed to get behind a wheel of a vehicle and drive down the street, or managed to get on a bus snd shoot innocent people. Jesus and heaven in my dreams
Dear Friends
Sometimes you go through such an experience or dreams that you wished it was real and you would have not woke up from that dream. I had such a brilliant experience in my dream that I started hating to be alive. Few years back, I was in india visiting my relatives. I tried few hotels but could not get a room so I had no option left but to go in a cheap small size newly built hotel in bombay and so I rented a room there.
I went to sleep about 1.a.m. and what I saw in my dream was such a thrilling experience that i still could not forget it after so many years and so I would like to share it with all the readers so you can also share the happiness and gratifying moment of it. I saw myself wandering with an old man who seems to be over 100 years of age with a white beard hanging down till his stomach. He was taking me around a big green lash garden which does not seems to have an ending corner. There were trees with hanging fruits and vegetables and some fruits and vegetables were so new to me that i was sure i have not seen or eaten them before. I ask the old man about a round hanging fruit (something similar to apple but with a very bright yellow color and very soft) if i could eat it and he handed me over that fruit and when I ate that , I still can't forget the sweetness and taste of it after so many years. It had a taste of something which I have never tasted in this world.
After eating that I started feeling thirsty and I requested that old man that if i can have a glass of water. He was shocked to hear the word water and he said there is no such thing as water here and if we feel thirsty we drink from running fountains that are connected with river and he took me to one of the fountain and the fountain was continuously running with some thing flowing out of it and it was just like milk. The old man told me that we all drink this milk when we are thirsty and the milk i drank from the fountain was so sweet and gratifying that i thought my thirst has ended for ever and now i would never feel thirsty again. Then wandering we reached a river which was full of white milk flowing instead of the water and the other thing was the mermaids all around the river . They were half body of beautiful girls around 16 to 18 years and half of the body of fish with such beautiful and pretty colors like rainbow colors.
We went a few steps more, and I saw a bunch of kids around a tall man and it seems to me that the man was bending down and giving hugs to the kids. As he heard some kids whispering about us standing at the back, the man stand straight up and i was shocked . The first word that came on my lips was Jesus . He had that curly ash blonde hair and french cut beard. He raised his hand to me as if saying hello to me and I was double confirmed that it was jesus because on his palm I saw the cross sign carved by making holes on his hand like if nails have been used to carved that cross. I asked the old man about jesus and he just smiled and said that you know him. I asked what was he doing with the kids and he told me that he was arranging for the places for kids where the kids can create their own private spaces and live in that assigned places because the heaven does not have an end and so the kids are all the time scattered around and when God want to talk to them it is difficult to gathered them together.
OH ; so that was heaven i was visiting and that shocking word made me fully awake in the world and I was literally crying when I woke up because that place was so good and i never missed anyone from the world and was feeling that it was the place where I belong to and this is the wrong place I have come to . im sure that no priest or relegious person may have seen heaven so clearly or have eaten the heaven fruits and have drank the heaven milk nor they have seen jesus alive with a distance of two feet. the best thing about this dream is that after so many years i still remember it
I went directly down to the reception to find out if something unusual have happened in this hotel or if somebody have seen something . It was early morning around 6 a.m. and the hotel people didn't know anything about it but one of the waiter by name of Rajesh who was like 55 years old man told me that he was working there since the hotel was built and the only thing he knows about it was that on that land it was an old graveyard where the hotel was built and the graveyard was so old that the relatives of the dead people might have also died and nobody knew about it. He told that this was told by his grandmother who also died 3 years back.
I was in shocked for few days and after two days we moved from there because the room was too small and I was with my mother . We got a reply from the other hotel and we moved there which had a big room on the terrace.
After that visit I came back to Pakistan and day and night started analyzing that dream of what message it was conveying to me . The only thing that came to my mind that I need to do something special in this world and I have been send to this world with a message. It was a very uneasy feelings for months and the dream was so strongly on my mind that I could not even forget a bit of it.
After a year i thought that i should built an orphanage all around the world and in each and every country and city of the world and make those kids i saw in my dream as resident of it. That was the only message that came to my mind but I knew i am not so rich to do so. Since that day I am trying my luck on all different schemes where it says that you could win a big amount. I just want to get the money and built an orphanage house all around the world.

Let me mentioned that immediately after this incident I applied for the lottery for coming to U.S.A. and I was the winner of that and this way I got my citizenship of USA. I also started feeling that I have some spiritual power to save the human beings from all the suffering and I started practicing the powers of it. I saved so many of my relatives from severe sickness, accidents and problems which i do not wish to tell as it would be a publicity of your power and proudness which God would not like at all. for the flood and tarnado that was supposed to come to houston after the destruction of katrina. i prayed that special prayer to divert the direction of that tornado before it hits the houston city as i have some very dear relatives in houston which was from our country. the result was that the tornado was totally without any strength and did not did any damage.even the city was evacuated but still no damage was done. i did plan to inform the media about my hidden psychic strength and prayers so i can even help the people in america by praying for them in their hard days and saving them from difficult situation but was scared because i am from different culture, relegion and country and i could be taken in wrong meaning.

The time has come for Americans to rise in political solidarity on a historic scale to return the control of our government to We The People. The Tax Day Tea Party events being held in thousands of cities and towns across America hold the potential for the formation of a new political movement.
The source of America's problems will not be addressed by a hero or politician for everyone to adore, that is more of the problem. Work will not set us free, but self governance will. The answer to America's problems are to put We The People back in charge.
A recent Rasmussen poll indicated that over 75% of Americans believe that Washington, DC no longer represents We The People and our citizens feel that way because it is true.
We watch almost helplessly as Democrats and Republicans alike defile our Republic and the sacred principles and values that have made America the most advanced civilization in human history.
Today, most Americans are just barely hanging on as the economic ground beneath our feet falls away, our freedoms are abridged, and our security and prosperity are destroyed by elites in Washington who love wealth and power, more than their God or countrymen.
A broad coalition of Americans representing every race and political party are now ready to organize and take peaceful political steps to form a velvet revolution to address this national crisis. It will take Americans of every walk of life turned into passionate political activists to overcome the dangers we now face.
For when the will of the majority of Americans is ignored by those in power, the very essence of what America has been celebrated for throughout recent history has been usurped.
The Tax Day Tea Party events are drawing in Americans who are very concerned about high taxes, runaway spending and trillions in generational debt, traditional values, gun rights, privacy rights, free speech, and the lack of immigration enforcement and border security in America.
Each of these issues represents a case where the vast majority of Americans agree that taxes should be low, spending and debt should be curtailed, American traditions and family values should be protected, American jobs should not be shipped overseas, and our borders should be secured and immigration laws enforced, yet the elites and radical elements from the left and right continue to pursue policies at odds with the vast majority of our citizens!
Americans who reflect the minority views on these issues and those that do not share these positions in common must put differences aside and stand with the majority of their countrymen as one.
We must stand together as one because of two important reasons. One, the New American Velvet Revolution needs to be about the foundations of our political system and the principles which unite us, more than issues. Two, tax groups alone are not powerful enough to prevail. Neither are the immigration enforcement groups or the gun rights groups, or many others on their own.
As American reading this in 2009, it does not matter what issues are important to you when Congress ignores the majority. When the Presidents, like Bush and Obama, decide which laws they will or will not enforce, as is the case with our immigration laws, then it does not even matter what laws Congress passed, who you voted for, or who won the Congressional elections!
When President's serve the elite financial influences that paid to elect them more than We The People and decide our laws unilaterally and secretively, then American is under autocratic and possibly despotic rule that can easily decay into full fledged tyranny.
The very self governance of Americans has been usurped!
Self governance is essential to each of us because without it we cannot control the policies of our own nation and that civilian control is imperative for our security, prosperity, and freedoms. We cannot assure our own well being or freedom for future generations if We The People are not captains of our own destiny and the destiny of our nation.
Since over seventy five percent of Americans correctly perceive that we are no longer self governed, that means that we are governed by someone else and it should be clear to everyone in America today that those governing us do not have our best interests in mind!
The prosperity, security, and freedoms of Americans are being stripped from us rapidly in a historic and incremental way.
Congress has recently passed unpopular stimulus bills and budgets that will require excessive and enslaving taxation applied with a heavy hand upon Americans that can barely make ends meet.
Political leaders like Pelosi and Reed are looking at ways to silence free speech on the Internet and talk radio shows. Gun and ammunition sales in America are unprecedented as an attempt to abridge gun rights approaches.
All Americans are being corralled into a biometric ID system that will antiquate the need for borders as people can be tracked like FedEx packages with their facial recognition data uses like a bar code. A system that is being implemented despite the fact that no prior generation of Americans would have ever submitted to such an electronic and godlike omnipresence run by Chertoff, Napolitano, and their successors.
Prior Mexican President Vicente Fox recently announced that there is a plan in motion to create a European Union here on our continent and he is asking Obama to speed up the process. Problem is that there is little public knowledge or mandate for this plan and almost zero Congressional oversight or approval. Where is the Democracy in that?
Treasury destroying and youth generation destroying wars rage on adding to Obama's broken promise list despite the fact a majority of Americans want these wars, that have lasted longer than any wars in US history, brought to an end!
Toxic toys are in the mouths of our children along with poison from China in the major US baby formula supplies being fed to our infants. Homeowners realize with dismay that the bricks from Mexico have their outer walls crumbing while the drywall from China gives off toxic fumes poisoning our citizens and pets just like their pet food additives.
And all the while, Obama has created an unlawful and unconstitutional amnesty for illegal aliens by ceasing all ICE raids and trying to gut the 287(g) program, while announcing his intentions to override all of the state laws that have been passed to crack down on illegal immigration with his Dream Act Amnesty and Comprehensive Immigration Reform Amnesty later this year.
Millions of Americans are losing their homes, their jobs, wage levels, and health care. Our countrymen are suffering unprecedented under employment and unemployment, and searching desperately for any job to feed their families, rendered helpless as our future and the future for our children disintegrates and Obama announces a plan to thrust over ten million new legalized illegal alien workers into direct competition for jobs with our citizens!
Let's face it America, we have a failed Government that is financially insolvent, grabbing up more money and power from We The People than ever before, that is doing many things our citizens do not want while failing us on almost every important level.
We must unite and put our differences aside before our failed government leads us into a failed, obliterated, and enslaved nation where we all perpetually pay more for less.
We must unite behind the principles and core issues which are driving most Americans to feel that We The People are no longer in control of our own nation and our own destiny.
Recent outlandish revelations found in leaked Department of Homeland Security documents distributed by the Obama administration to police across America tell us the danger to our citizens is both clear and present.
By instructing our officers to treat returning soldiers, Christians, and citizens concerned about illegal immigration, abortion, high taxes, gun rights, states rights, and trade agreements as potentially violent domestic terrorists is a blatant anathema to all that is truly American!
Thankfully, law enforcement officers that are loyal to We The People have leaked these dastardly documents.
I would like to remind Obama and his new Department of Homeland Security leadership that in America, we don't ask our police to scrutinize and profile free citizens based on their political positions on mainstream issues. Such politicization of police and security forces have been the precursors to repressive fascist and communist regimes. It is truly sad and alarming that our government sending propaganda to police officers labeling tens of millions of Americans as potential terrorists if they don't like Obama or his illegal alien Amnesty or gun registration plans.
The fact that our government has officially instructed police that American citizens that don't like Obama or his policies are the biggest terrorism threat instead of Islamic terrorists, Chinese spys and saboteurs, and the over one hundred thousand armed drug and illegal alien importing cartel foot soldiers in our midst is very telling indeed.
If we were truly interested in the politics of those in America that represent a real threat to our police officers, there would be DHS documents sent to police informing them of how many of the MS-13 and SUR-13 gangs, the Crips, and the Bloods that voted for Obama right? American citizens that are in the know about this are rightfully incensed!
The New American Velvet Revolution must leave the door open for those caught up in the dazzling lights of the Obama administration to enter the movement as they learn the painful lessons conservatives learned from Bush. Many of them will come to realize through painful examples that Obama is not a man of the people, just another deceptive mouth piece for those who seek to govern Americans.
I have faith in my fellow countrymen and even current Obama supporters are not going to stand for these outlandish attacks on free speech in America, these radical Open Borders policies, and these abuses of American citizens.
Americans who value our Republic along with the principles and freedoms that have made America a place where people want to live are under assault from Washington, DC. Our failed government hijacked by elites and foreign interests continues to tighten its grip on our suffering countrymen. This is no conspiracy theory. These things are evidenced in the daily news and the new dark reality we see forming around us each day!
Defending your nation from enemies foreign and domestic takes a lot more than just voting for candidates every two years on a hacker vulnerable Diebold machine. Many people did not take the time to learn the candidates positions on all the issues.
We must man the phones, fax machines, and e-mail clients. We must go face to face with our incumbent elected officials and new candidates must arise to challenge them, we must replace the corrupt liars and actors who tell people what they want to hear instead of what they need to hear.
We must take to the streets in peaceful and orderly demonstrations and we must unify to throw every politician who stands against the will of the American majorities out of office in 2010!
We cannot have another election where millions of dollars coming from the elite groups and companies that currently control Washington, more than our citizens, dominate and 96% of incumbents return to DC despite massive dissatisfaction levels.
It is true that the anger levels in America are rising and the potential for a government crackdown to try and hold on to power is being formulated and may possibly involve US troops deployed on American soil to handle disgruntled citizens. It is also true that some Americans may lash out if things get worse.
The vast majority of Americans do not want to see either scenario become a reality, but we must realize that time is running out for those of us dedicated to a peaceful political velvet revolution designed to alleviate the pressures forming between American citizens, who feel betrayed and conquered and those in power who are responsible for these calamities.
Glenn Beck and Lou Dobbs are correct. Mr. Dobbs says we need a new populist movement in America and Glenn Beck says the answer to the corrupt politicians in DC is "We Surround Them." Another phrase making rounds in our movement in the absence of a central unifying leader is "if not us, then who?"
Velvet nonviolent political revolutions have worked many times in many nations when enough citizens stood up and spoke out together. Our time to peacefully rectify the imbalance between the American public and those who control Washington is rapidly expiring. 2010 may be our last chance!
It is our government and it is time for us to unify in a historic and new political coalition to restore our Republic and the time for Americans to rise to our generation's greatest trials is NOW! Let us hope and pray that the Tax Day Tea Party events on April 15, 2009 will be a day future American generations look back on with reverence as the day Americans stood up for We The People of the United States.
